Troubleshooting

You can solve most issues by shutting it down, or orce restarting .

iPad WiFi Not Connecting

  1. First, try to look at your settings if your tiPad ablet can find the WiFi connection. If it’s not working, try to reset your router if possible. Does the issue persist?

  2. Then the next thing to do is restart the iPad. This can help reset the hardware to detect a better signal. Still in trouble?

  3. See if the problem is with a specific network or with any WiFi connection.

  4. For network-specific problems, go to Settings > WiFi, tap on the network you want to forget and press “Forget This Network” and then try to reconnect to the same network using the right credentials.

iPad Screen Keeps Freezing

  1. There might be software conflicts or memory corruption that puts your iPad on a loop.

  2. The number one solution to this is to turn the iPad off and then on again. You can do so by pressing and holding the power button. Swipe the slide to power off.

  3. Does it keep persisting? Force restart the iPad.

  4. Press the volume up button once, press and release the volume down button and, soon afterward, press and hold the Power Button until the device restarts.

iPad Not Charging

  1. Try to connect it first to a charging cable and see if it is showing the charging icon. If it does, then your iPad is not charged.

  2. If your iPad does not charge, make sure you have your charger connected to the wall socket, not a usb port.

  3. Test with a different charger and a different lightning cable.

iPad Not Turning On

Try charging the ipad. Plug it to the charger. Connect the lightning cable and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
