Record My Screen
Screen recordings will video record your actions on your computer screen. Screen Recordings are saved as an .mp4 file that you can save to your drive and share in an email, in Google Classroom, in Google Slides, or in other presentation tools.

To install the ScreenCastify Extension,
Click here to access the Chrome Web Store link.
Click the button "Add to Chrome,"
Click the button "Add to Chrome" AGAIN.
Click Add Extension.
Locate and click the icon your Address toolbar
In the ScreenCastify Setup window, click "Sign in with Google."
Follow the prompts for signing into Google.
The first time you launch the extension (click the icon), you are given a short tutorial on how to use it.
on an iPhone/iPad
Apple iOS has the ability to take a screen recordings built into their devices.
Apple offers great instructions to enable and use the Screen Recording feature.
Add Screen Recording to Control Center. Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then tap the green + next to Screen Recording.
To capture sound while you record, press deeply on and tap Microphone Audio.
Tap , then wait for the three-second countdown.
To stop recording, open Control Center and tap . Or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop.
You can find your screen recording in the Photos app.

Shortcut keys make this an easy task!
To take a screenshot of the ENTIRE WINDOW press and CTRL and SHOW ALL WINDOWS buttons at the same time.
To take a screenshot of PART OF A WINDOW press and CTRL + SHIFT+SHOW ALL WINDOWS buttons at the same time.
on an iPad
Apple iOS has the ability to take a screenshot built into their devices.
Open the screen you want to take a picture of
Press and hold down the HOME button and the POWER button at the same time. You might hear a camera snapshot sound.
The image will temporarily appear in the bottom right corner. You can click on it, annotate on the image, then click Done to save it to your Photos app.
Locate and click on your Photos app to locate the image.
