Here's what you can do with ParentSquare

ParentSquare is a safe and secure platform for all school-to-home communication that allows the district and your school to send robocalls, text messages, emails, and written “posts,” which might include newsletters or written reminders for parents.

A ParentSquare account is automatically created for each parent using their preferred email address and mobile phone number on file at the school. Parents are encouraged to register and access their ParentSquare accounts so that they can set notifications and language preferences as well as utilize the app and browser-based page for their school.

How does ParentSquare work?

ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using the primary email address and phone number you gave your school office. If you do not remember the email address you used, please contact your school office and they can provide it. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

1) Update your information

Ensure your phone number, email address, and home address are up-to-date in your school's student information system.

Inform your teacher, principal or call your school's main office if there is a change or if you are not receiving communication from your school or the district.

You may sign up through the email invitation you may have received through ParentSquare or you may sign in to ParentSquare using your contact information (email or phone number) that is on file for your student at their school.

3) Update your settings

Getting too many calls? Don't want texts? Once you are registered, you can change your notification settings to fit your needs. You may also change your language settings to fit your needs.

4) Make sure emails are getting through

Check your spam folder for emails from donotreply@parentsquare.com and add the domain parentsquare.com to the safe senders list in your email client (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.).

5) Opt-in to text

Text the word START to 66458. This will resume text messaging to your phone if you have opted out. Your cell phone number must match the one in your school's student information system.

Note: 1 message per notification event. Reply HELP to 66458 for help. Reply STOP to 66458 to opt-out. See www.parentsquare.com/terms and www.parentsquare.com/privacy. Message and data rates may apply.
